Proud Precision Painters was founded by Robert Traub Jr. in 2006. Owning a business was simply what Rob was meant to do.

Rob grew up watching how to run a successful construction business from his father and grandfather, who insisted he learn and do every task involved in the operation. But the most important lesson he learned was how to treat customers with respect and integrity.

During his college years, Rob went to work for a painting contractor, where he learned the in’s and out’s of the painting trade and quickly rose up the ranks. The experience gave him the confidence to strike out on his own and form Proud Precision Painters.

During the Great Recession, as competitors went out of business focusing on short-term profits, Proud Precision Painters reinvented itself, focused on long-term growth, opened a local office, and emerged stronger than ever.

Today, PPP’s customers, employees and vendors all benefit from Rob’s diverse experience and knowledge. He constantly educates employees on the latest improvements, efficiencies and safety regulations. He maintains a fervent commitment to eco-friendly business policies.
